En dan had ik nog wel voor de FruitVit variant van Brinta gekozen, naar mijn idee was dat een moderne laagdrempelige instap-variant voor beginners van de vellerige havermoutpap. Nu staat die pap in mijn keukenkastje en ik weet zeker dat ik er geen hap meer van zal eten. Wat zal ik er eens van maken? Ik sta open voor alle recepten, zolang het maar niet naar drillerige vellerige pap smaakt.
Met een beetje fantasie en een beetje Google heb ik me voorgenomen het onderstaande recept eens te maken:
Havermout, appel en rozijnen muffins
1 ei
200 ml melk
1 (kleine)appel in stukjes
100 ml zonnebloem olie
100 gram bloem
200 gram Brinta FruitVit
1 theelepel dubbel koolzure soda
1 theelepel kaneel
60 gram bruine suiker
Roer het ei, de melk en de olie doorelkaar. Voeg hieraan langzaam de bloem, Brinta, soda, kaneel en suiker toe. Mix het geheel goed doorelkaar en doe de stukjes appel er als laatste bij. Bak de muffins in een muffinvorm op 200 graden ongeveer 25 minuten.
